Courses are designed to teach about the Internal Family System model, bringing the skills and insights of this modality out of the therapy room and into an educational format.

Classes focus on special topics within the IFS model, while the teaching is tailored to the needs and interests of each group. Initially these classes will support individual exploration. However, courses will layer and invite work with couples and groups as skills are developed.

Organized in 4 week modules, sessions are a blend of didactic and experiential learning. Classes host up to 8 participants per session.

If interested in scheduling, please phone or message Catherine Cope at 828-545-3120.
